After the campaign ends and the pledges are collected, you will receive a Backerkit survey to select your specific rewards and tell me where to ship them.
You will have 30 days to complete this survey. I will send multiple reminders before I lock the survey. Once the survey is locked, if you have not filled yours out, your pledge will be considered a donation to the campaign and you will not receive physical items, so don’t get left out! This isn’t me being mean or stingy — it’s to make sure that I can get the ball rolling on manufacturing, because it’s not fair to hold that process up for everyone else.

What Terms and Conditions apply?
PLEDGES Backing this campaign is a pledge of support to the project itself, rather than an item purchase. I will do everything in my power to deliver the rewards offered for all pledge levels as part of fulfillment, and my past campaigns have established that I can and do make good on that, but receiving items from crowdfunding is not 100% guaranteed. By pledging you are recognizing and agreeing to this and the following additional terms:
REFUNDS You can change or cancel your pledge at any time up until the close of the campaign. After that time, I will honor any refund request submitted to me within 30 days of the campaign finish date; this window is from April 18, 2024 to May 17, 2024. After May 17, no refunds will be granted for any reason, and if you choose not to complete your survey or pay shipping on time, your pledge will be considered a donation to the campaign and you will not receive any physical items.
CHARGEBACKS Please be considerate and request a refund BEFORE taking the drastic measure of issuing a chargeback. If you issue a chargeback within the refund window, your entire order will be cancelled and refunded in full. If you issue a chargeback outside the refund window, your entire order will be cancelled, I will consider any & all remaining funds a donation to the campaign, and I will blacklist you from future campaigns. This includes but is not limited to chargebacks on pledges, add-ons, and shipping.
SURVEY DEADLINE Once the survey goes out to all backers, you will have 30 days to complete the survey. If you do not receive the Backerkit survey email within 48 hours of the announcement that they’ve gone out, please check your spam folder first, and then reach out to me ASAP so that I can re-send it to you. It is your responsibility to reach out if your survey is missing — I don’t have means of checking deliverability. There will be multiple reminders of the date on which the survey closes once that date is finalized. Any backers who do not complete the survey by the deadline will forfeit their rewards, and their pledge will be considered a donation to the campaign. As noted in the Refunds section, no refunds will be offered at that time for backers who didn’t complete their survey on time.
ADDRESS DEADLINE It is your responsibility to provide a correct and current shipping address. Failing to do so may cause delays in delivery of your rewards. You will have time to change your shipping address before I lock addresses, which will happen just before I begin shipping things out, and I will send out multiple notifications before then. If your package gets returned to me because the address was insufficient, I’ll contact you ASAP via the email address you pledged under to get the new address from you.
Backers whose rewards have to be re-sent due to an insufficient address will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. You will have 48 hours to respond to my email with the corrected address, or your reward will be forfeited without a refund.
SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT You will not be charged shipping costs until closer to actual fulfillment. That means that both right now and when the campaign first closes, you are not being charged for shipping, VAT, IOSS, or any other taxes or fees related to getting the item(s) to you. Instead this will happen close to the actual shipping date via Backerkit. You will not receive your rewards if you do not pay shipping and any other relevant taxes or fees, and you will not receive a refund for your original pledge if you choose not to pay the shipping costs. This notice is here from day 1 of the campaign.
My best estimate at this time is that I should be able to ship out rewards beginning in September 2024, but that time frame move either forward or back depending on how manufacturing, grading, and other aspects go. I’ll advise you of any changes on at least a monthly basis via campaign updates.
RIGHTS AND RESALE I retain all rights to the art, design, backstamp, reproduction, and commercial sale of the pins, graphics, backer cards, and stickers associated with this campaign. You may gift, trade, or resell pins and/or stickers as an individual, non-commercial transaction only. You may not trade, sell, or gift CREEPY CUTIES pins affixed to a different maker’s backer card with intent to deceive another into believing they were made by someone else. Violations of these terms will be answered with a fine of 10 times the total retail value of the goods involved and complete forfeiture of any and all bootleg stock, to be shipped at your own expense. You may not reproduce any part of this campaign or its physical reward items, with two exceptions: 1. you are welcome to copy or paraphrase a small, reasonable amount of my text describing the campaign process, terms & conditions, pinmaking, etc that is not unique to the design(s) of CREEPY CUTIES, and 2. you are also welcome to copy the overall section layout of the campaign (not the content itself). An acknowledgment would be appreciated but is not required.

Can I add more to my order, like pins from past campaigns?
Yes, in the post-campaign survey! You will have the opportunity to add more rewards on the survey for an additional charge, such as: - More CREEPY CUTIES pins - More stickers - Randomized, discounted B-grade pins* - Pins from previous campaigns such as FUNGAL HEARTS and TOASTY MARSHMALLOWS - Mystery sticker packs And more!
*B-grade pins are those with small defects such as scratches, dents, screenprint errors, enamel flaws, etc. This option will be subject to stock limitations — one always hopes there are very few B-grades to be had!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
